I've re-created this from a package of Parry's belongings I discovered at the National Library of Wales, in which was a scrapbook of Parry's early works, written whilst living in Pennsylvania US, working shifts as a miner and also studying music and composition with some his fellow workers. His Te Deum was partly written as an exercise and partly as a composition competition entry.
The work is for SATB chorus, Soprano & Tenor soli, and either organ or chamber orchestra

I've re-created this from the formal collection of Parry's music at the National Library of Wales. It is a mammoth work, in three sections and runs longer than the full performance of Messiah by G.F. Handel.
Whilst I have typeset the whole work from Parry's (copyists') handwritten score, I have reduced the work to circa 90 minutes performance time.
The work was written later in Parry's life and is a remarkable testament to his prolific compositional output, much of which may not be performed again. Several large sections are for double SATB choir, and the oratorio is supported by SATB soli.
